One of the primary objectives of the New York Staffing Association is to provide legislative action on behalf of the staffing industry.  We post regular legislative updates from our Legislative Chair, Mr. Alec Courtney and from Peter R. The New York Staffing Association hosts an annual Lobby Day event where NYSA members are invited to accompany us to the Capital and meet with State Senators, Assemblymen, and the State Labor Board Representatives to discuss bill initiatives and legislative action affecting the staffing industry.
