New Laws are Making it Harder to do Business — We’ll Help You Cope!

In this information-packed session, NYSA Counsels Joel Klarreich and Jason Klimpl, NYSA's Legislative Chair Jim Essey, and Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt's Andrew Singer will discuss the changes to the federal FLSA overtime rules, effective December 1st, which will increase the salary level required to allow recruiters and other in-house personnel to be treated as exempt employees and, if not handled correctly, could increase costs for staffing firms even more than the ACA.

They will discuss operational issues and present possible solutions on how to handle this FLSA change. They will also leave plenty of time for questions from the audience. This seminar is a must for owners and senior managers.
