Please join us on November 7th in Albany for a legislative update.  There is no charge to attend this event and non-members are welcome to join us to experience a NYSA event.

NYSA’s New York State Lobbyist Peter Crouse will explain his role in supporting NYSA’s legislative efforts over the last fifteen years and why it’s so important to have the staffing industry interests represented before the State Legislature, the Governor's office, and the Department of Labor. Attendees will learn about the current political environment in Albany and how it affects the staffing industry. Peter will also review provide an update on what issues he is actively working on and a status report of the most recent legislative activity of the 2019 Legislative Session. Attendees will also hear a review of what staffing firms will likely encounter during the 2020 Legislative Session, including the importance of programmatic legislation as part of the State Budget.

Following the program, all attendees are invited to stay for a networking cocktail reception.
