Speakers: 

Chad Gardiner, Director of Investment Banking, leads Bridgepoint’s efforts in the staffing sector. During his 22 years of prior experience, Chad was responsible for 70 M&A and capital raising transactions, successfully moving more than $8 billion in capital for investment banking firms including KPMG Corporate Finance in Chicago, Capstone Headwaters, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Chad was instrumental in leading advisory and execution for numerous staffing deals – notably, Chad led efforts on Bridgepoint’s recent sale of LRS Healthcare to Jackson Healthcare and recapitalization of Atlas MedStaff. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Chad earned a B.S. in accounting, was a Golden Key National Honor Society member and is FINRA series 7, 79, 63, 24 and 28 licensed.

Paul Pincus is a Partner at the Ortoli | Rosenstadt law firm and heads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Staffing/Workforce Solutions practices. Paul is the country's leading M&A attorney for the staffing industry, having completed over 90 deals in the industry during the past 35 years, ranging in size from under $20 million to over $200 million in enterprise value. He represents domestic and international staffing firms in purchases, sales, recapitalizations, and management buyouts, and in transactions with strategic buyers and private equity firms.
