This will be a retrospective look at the actual changes that were made under the recent Tax Law changes, and the real impact it has had on the Staffing Industry. The speakers will cover Sec 199-A for how the Qualified Business Income and deduction impacted staffing company owners as well as the impact of the Interest Expense limitations of Sec 166-J.

B.J. Hoffman is a tax partner with over 25 years of experience in the areas of audit, tax, and litigation support. He serves clients in a wide range of industries, including closely held entities in staffing, health care, and franchising, as well as law firms.

Michael Kline, CPA, MST, Partner, Citrin Cooperman
Michael J. Kline, a tax partner, has more than 30 years of experience providing a wide array of tax and consulting services. As one of the leaders in the Philadelphia office’s Tax Services Group, he serves as an advisor to clients in a range of industries, including health care, manufacturing, distribution, staffing, real estate, and technology. He also heads the firm’s Tax Quality Control Committee.
